Which means that glibc isn't POSIX compliant unless you are using gcc
(or define __GNUC__), where you have a definition of dev_t that uses the
non-standard "long long" type. On the rest, glibc defines dev_t as a
struct of two unsigned longs, which is not an arithmetic type.
