NFS bug

Hi,there:
I found such an interesting thing as the following:
When Server A export a directory to Client B(129.9.210.27),B cannot mount this directory via NFS.But if Client B change its IP Address to 129.9.117.52,then it can mount this directory .So nfsd seems to do something wrong with IP address?
Anyone can explain it?
