I am right now again confused about the problems. It comes and goes.
Right now it seems to be gone except for minor delays in terms of
of a second or so that seem to be normal. I tried to reproduce it as
before but it seems to be gone for now (with 2.0.13).
I have observed that problem sporadically on all our three servers before
but most consistently on our news server. I have done some hardware
changes to that system yesterday. Perhaps it was related.
I am not sure. Perhaps the system has to be up for a week or so before it
happens. Have never noticed it after rebooting a machine.
But this is all nothing really to figure out more about the problem.
I have never seen the problem as severe as the other guy told it.
