Did you also upgrade your procps? Either way, try rm'ing your
/etc/psdevtab and run w as root. BTW...I recently upgraded to procps
1.01, found several bugs in w, emailed a set of patches to the author, and
have heard nothing...so now I'm using procps-1.01fdt.
