PPA driver's doc far out of date

The PPA driver has been thoroughly modified between 2.0.x and 2.1.x.
However, the README.ppa file still documents the old driver, and is
totally obsolete wrt current driver.

$ ll drivers/scsi/*ppa*

I sent a mail on 1998/01/02 to David Campbell
<campbell@gear.torque.net>, who was listed as the last one who
modified this driver, but got no answer.
